LAHORE: The government on Tuesday revised petroleum prices and incr
eased the price of petrol by Rs 1.71, reported Radio Pakistan.
Finance Minister Ishaq Dar said the price of petrol has
been incr
eased by Rs1.71 per litre and high-speed diesel oil will be incr
eased by Rs1.58 per litre. for the next 15 days.
Petrol will be sold at Rs73 per litre and diesel at Rs82.
The price of kerosene oil has incr
eased by Rs0.75 and light diesel oil has incr
eased from Rs43.34 to Rs44 rupees.
Dar added that the government will continue t
o provide a subsidy of Rs3 billion on petroleum products.
